  1. The following instructions describe how to pair a Beats Pill 2 with the iPad 2. First you will need to turn on the Beats Pill 2.0 by pressing and releasing the power button, then press the round 'b' button for three seconds until the light flashes. This indicates that the Bluetooth speaker is in pairing mode.
  2. From the home screen on the phone choose the Settings control panel, then go to the Bluetooth menu and make sure the Bluetooth option is turned on.
  3. From the nearby devices list select the Beats Pill 2, it will then say "Paired" next to the name of the device.
  4. The Beats Pill 2 and the iPad 2 are paired and ready to be used to play music.
